Is to find a nursing career that gives me complete elation to go to everyday. I find that with Labor and Delivery. It is very difficult to get into a specialty field such as this. I did my preceptorship at Good Samaritaan High Risk L&D and have reference letters from both my preceptor and a manaager. These letters explain what an excellent caring and compationate nurse I was in that department.
