With over 35 years of experience in the conveyor, material handling, manufacturing facility engineering and construction industry I am an extremely valuable asset for any organization desiring to improve their capabilities. Thriving in a fast paced, high profile, multi-million dollar environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills I am also skilled in ameliorating difficult, problem riddled projects and have been requested by customers on multiple occasions to restore them to success.
I have been intimately involved in all aspects of program management including mentoring and development of high potential personnel, maximizing sales and program growth, and complete contract administration in all program phases from concept development through post-launch support. Projects have entailed the study, layout, design, installation, launch, and support of complete automotive and large truck assembly plant sites, tire manufacturing facilities, powertrain plants, body shops, paint shops, assembly shops, storage and retrieval systems, and other various manufacturing facilities. Scopes of work have ranged from implementation of complete green field sites to re-tooling for production rate adjustments and model change-overs at brown field sites at local, national, and international locations. Although primarily involved in large scale programs, I am equally adept and experienced in the management of small scale, low volume, and highly manual manufacturing facilities.
