Highlights:

Have succuesfully started up Mixing department in terms of hiring, writing SOP's, training (as SV)I was one of the first people hired on at Toyo Tires. I took a chance and got my foot in the door as an operator in final inspection. After 2 months, I was promoted to SV and sent to Japan for training. While in the role of Mixing SV, I also held the responsibility of being the plant coordinator for 2 years on night shifts and weekends. Afterwards, I was promoted to Asst Div Manager of Recieving, Mixing, Stock Prep
