Depot Technician
Worked for TCF company that helps clients troubleshoot computer related problems. I worked their as a internship position as a Depot Technician. Learned how to fix printer and scanner problems. The senior Technician also taught me how to reformat PC's and how to use backup methods for data. Had also learned to use the Remote Assistance tool to reach end users using remote desktop or PC anywhere. A client had a problem with a game that was not working so we had to change the video card in order for it to work.
