Executive Administrative Assistant/ Jr Deal Maker
To provide excellent support to 3 executive department heads, help out with all customer service needs and create, analyze through profit and loss statements and put deals together to present to the head of the department to gain approval to open new stores across the country, to extend our current lease agreements. Work closely with both major developers and our in house legal team to ensure timely sign off on all new deals and renewals so that as the liason between real estate and our construction team that our new stores would be open by our deadline and that our existing stores based on the renewal agreements would be refurbished and meet all of the landlord guidelines as well as having them open in time in order to not lose any unpredicted revenue. Maintained daily office operations including but not limited to payroll, employee vacation and sick time, supplies, emails, faxes, filing, expense reports and answering calls and doing my best to provide accurate solutions that would be satisfactory to both our vendors and company.
