I’ve managed and mentored team members and have been responsible for ensuring that we adhered to schedules and made our deliveries on time. As a key member of publications teams, I’ve helped develop technical manuals, technical bulletins, and graphics; I’ve also gathered logistical data. I’ve worked on projects ranging from paper-based manuals to fully functional Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) to support the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force. In all instances, I was responsible for the tracking, versioning and quality of all content.
