RssAWS/ Certified Welding Inspector and International Code Council S1/S2, UT/MT Level II

Give the building owner and Engineer of Record the job they had hoped and expected to receive. A "Code Compliant" job as a minimum requirement for a competent contractor with good communication of expectations and relevant codes as needed. To participate in making these standards a reality rather than a myth. I expect the organizations I work with to back me in these areas as a minimum. I have done most of my work with hospitals and schools in the state of California. We have the potential for catastrophic earthquakes and these buildings are intended to be used as command centers per the California Building Code (CBC). Most people believe these buildings are overbuilt however the greatest anticipated earthquake is an 8.7 magnitude and is cited as "taking minimal damage that will not hinder the use of and can be repaired at a later time while still being fully operational". I try to do my job with integrity and for the safety of all that will use these facilities in the future.
