To whom it may concern, I’m a consummate Professional with over 20 years of blended Management experience within Call Centers of Credit and Collections, Customer Service, Telesales and Quality/Compliance. These past 5 years the majority of my experience has been leverage to redesign and build Call Center and Quality Teams (QA Call Center and Quality Control) from ground level to full fruition, including outsourcing.
