RssSenior PSM, Operations, Training, Production Specialist - 32 years experiance

My name is Ray Hawkins. I was the Superintendent of the ISOM unit and three other process units at BP Texas City at the time of the fatal explosion that killed 15 people. I had been on Special Assignment for three months and returned the ISOM the day of the explosion. Since that time I have spent a great deal of my time sharing my story within BP. I have now retired and would like to continue my mission external to BP. My main focus is to continue my career and help others understand how the human factors as they were, in my opinion, the main contributing factors in the explosion. With my unique experience I would like to continue the work that I enjoy in the process area. I worked for Amoco/BP for 32 years. Hiring in as a plant operator I have held positions as a Supervisor, Senior Training Supervisor, Hydrocarbon Loss Superintendent, PSM Supervisor, Operations Superintendent and Operations Manager and Production Specialist to name a few. So if you are looking for a process expert in Reforming, Hydroprocessing and Aromatics production, PSM compliance or to just reduce hydrocarbon loss through process identification then please consider me. This is my opportunity to finally work doing what I really enjoy and your opportunity to hire someone who is committed to what is listed above. I am also looking for an avenue to continue my desire to educate the work force on the BP event. If you are interested, please contact me at: Ph - 713-557-1779 Email – ray.boompa@gmail.com Thank you Ray Hawkins
