I have successfully improved sales numbers in every position held in auto business. I've initiated successful training and communication for sales people .I've developed long term quality relationships with finance lenders along with having developed a strong background in sales, finance, and training along with being an straight forward and honest liaison when helping sales people with their customers.My personal goal for the next five years is to relocate my family and work in a long term stabile and goal oriented company. I am a born leader with great communication skills which have been proven at every aspect during my career in the car business. My goals I set myself supercede the goals of which someone else has set for me. I strive to be better than just the average person in everything I do, being average doesn't appeal to me. If what my next employer wants is someone who will be dedicated to raising the par at their dealership than I am the guys they need if they want to remain at the same level they are on then I am not their guy.
