I’m a 10-year restaurant veteran in the food service industry, unlike other restaurant managers, I had the opportunity of entering into the food industry, starting from the ground floor and building my career with a nice career progression (waitress to shift supervisor to restaurant manager) hands-on experience. This allows me to view restaurant operations from various different viewpoints, enabling personable problem resolving skills within a traditional high turnover industry, as well as, keen problem resolution applied to other areas of the operation.
