I will continue to grow in this field. I have been given the tools to get ahead i looking for further education,or just a better job. If there is cross training available then i look into a more broad spectrum of the field.I will continue on this path. This will allow me to get more involved with other people like training them in what i know from my experience in retail.I think if i could give back to the company i would do so. If there any thing that i have to do with business then i go for it. I taking business course in health administration. By then i should have my bachelor in the field. I will think i be more responsible and have been able to grasp the idea of a more leadership role.
