Description
Summary * 20+ years of experience * Have done quality control inspections that followed QS 9000, guidelines use of SPC charts, micrometres, callipers, go-no go gauges, and height gages * Responsible for loading CNC program into the machine * Manipulates controls and enters commands * Set up and monitor furnaces for various powdered parts * Adjusts machine feed and speed and changes cutters to machine parts * Assorted welding, bundle saw and some set up experience. * Setting up and operating * Surface and ID grinders, grinding ceramic, steel and carbide parts
