Mechanical Experience • Operation of two 1200 psig D type 3 burner propulsion boilers on F.T.S.F. (Nancy Lee), for the servicing of the U.S.S. George Bush. Overboard neutralization system regeneration, continuous chemical feed system, maintain feed system, F.T.S.F., ballast operation, oily waste transfer, cold iron watch. • Operation of six Cleaver Brooks high pressure boilers, two Kewanee low pressure boilers, six Burnham cast iron sectional low pressure boilers and four Bradford-White hot water boilers, cleaned and repaired boiler combustion chamber. • Operation and maintenance of four Erie City boilers, responsible for electrical distribution, chemical water treatment, computerized delivery systems, and routine preventive maintenance program. • Operation of three 500 ton Trane electrical centravac chillers, one 600 ton Trane stream psi absorber, two York Turbo-Modulator chillers, York liquid chiller, McQuay chiller, and cooling towers. • Regulated stadium pressure in a large metropolitan stadium. Replaced pumps, valves and pipes. • Assisted control room and auxiliary operator’s in the operation of high pressure boiler and plant operations. Air compressors, pneumatics, portabale HVAC, roof top units, trailer units, variable speed equipment, and vacuum pumps. • Assisted in routine operation and maintenance of boiler, recorded boiler data, prepared boiler for inspections. • Operated Simplex fire alarm, Honey Well, Metasys, and Delta V, building automation control computer systems. • Operated and maintained 22 air handling units, two emergency generators and nine passenger elevators. • Operated front end loaders and dump trucks. Grounds maintenance and snow removal, assist building maintenance duties and hospital equipment repair.
