Retail Manager 20+ years experience

I have 23+ years of Retail Management experience, driving sales through great customer service. I am proficient in inventory control systems, loss prevention, recruiting and staff development, payroll and HR issues, P&L knowledge. I have been repeatedly recognized for my merchandising skills which help maximize sales. Although I have no college degree, I have extensive “real world” experience. I was unable to attend college, as my father unexpectedly passed away when I was15 years old and I and my older brother needed to help my mom provide for the family. I have been working ever since. I am 52 years young, and like others in my generation, have a strong work ethic and a belief in dedication to my company . I have worked only 4 jobs since graduating high school. I am always on time, if not early. I am a hard worker who will stay until a job is done, and am self-motivated. I rarely stay home sick , because I have a job to do, and people count on me to be there.
