charge 609 - 3894241 Hotel maintenance including, but not limited to: mquay and york heat pumps, heat and air conditioning repairs, Lodgenet television systems, Unican door locks, roof top cooling tower, phone systems, commercial kitchen equipment, lighting, dance floor, tile work, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, swimming pool, press pumps, boilers, hot water heater, pump control panels, fire alarm sytems, grounds, landscaping, fish ponds, sign work, washers, dryers, press iron and Gemstar generator. *In charge of 211 rooms, 6 meeting rooms, 12,000 square foot ballroom and 23,000 square foot grand ballroom maintenance. *Help out 2 other hotels. Holiday Inn Express in EHT and travel lodge, in of expense account for maintenance department. Do all ordering of parts and materials
