My career objective for the Manufacturing/Production Floor Supervisor was to run the production line at my full potential, as well as my employees. I was a hands on supervisor and demonstrated the production line so my employees would not endanger themselves while following company policies. I engaged in a saftey workshop every week with my employees to stress how important it was to the company and themselves to avoid injuries.
