I am not a "company" job-hopper, even though everywhere I have ever worked, I have climbed the ladder from entry level positions to leadership positions to management. I like to learn every aspect of my job so that I can achieve the highest possible result for the company and for myself. Motivation/Leadership: the employees I came to manage at this branch were not properly trained nor did they have the motivation to have a successful branch. Human Resources: Current employees needed constant reinforcement to comply with company policy and procedures. Also, hired new employees who helped to change the attitude in the office by adding experience and maturity. Now we have an organized, professional, successful branch.
