Branch Manager

My twenty five years of experience and leadership would be an asset to this position. Task oriented skills, along with my high level of attention to detail, would allow me to oversee the attack of the small day-to-day details of managing a well run branch, as well as dealing with the big picture of managing large number of employees and high business volume. I have vision for growth and growing up others to be successful and supersede myself. I am self-motivated and desire to make sound business decisions that benefit not only the company, but also the customer. I lead by example. My work ethics and honesty have earned myself the respect of my employees and has prompted them to strive to work at their optimum potential. In most of my entrances into new branches, I have been faced with defragmentation and disorganization. After a short period of time, they were brought to operational standards and previously disgruntled employees were united and motivated to better themselves and their company. This was achieved through strong leadership, leading by example, attention to every small detail and implementing vision.
