Superintendent or Project Manager

Over twenty years of diversified experience in the construction industry, with emphasis on high-end residential towers throughout the U.S. Collaborated with and gained favorable skills in design-build of hospitality, education, healthcare, commercial, residential and retail sectors, with capacity in both project management or field superintendent. Unified the design efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and ultimate users, to successfully build the assigned project, on schedule and OSHA safe. Management responsibilities include but, not limited to, cost controls, tracking, reviewing design contract documents and specifications, value engineering studies, project scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and project close-out. Proficient in all phases of field supervision, from subcontractor coordination, FF&E coordination, building official inspections, testing phase to C.O. turn-over. . Assignments have included positions on over $4 billion of projects. Hold an active Florida general contractor’s license.
