I am a seasoned Telecommunications Specialist with a diversified background in both analog and digital telecommunications service. I have enjoyed a 29 year career with Verizon Core Services before retiring in August 2007. My work experience and training covers a wide range of the telecommunication industry (customer service representative, carrier and Network operations center technician, Network Operations team leader, Second tier support Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Service Manager, Area Operations Manager, Implementation Engineer, Project management). I am well versed in Analog telephony, digital career infrastructure and the services that ride upon them (DS0, DS1, T1, DS3, OC3, OC12, OC48). I also have a broad knowledge of Fast Packet Network services (LAN, WAN, ETHERNET , FRAME RELAY,ATM,DWDM)and SONET ring infrastructure. Since leaving Verizon I have focused my career in providing Consulting services.I have worked with Consulting firms such as Tekmark Global Solutions, Nesco Resources, Kaztronix LLP and Progressive Communications providing various telecommunication services to Telcordia Communications, Fairpoint Communication, Fujitsu, Verizon Business and most recently Frontier Communications.
