My construction management experience gives me a unique ability to apply my knowledge to business processes on assigned project(s), to plan, organize and control company resources and provide leadership, clear direction, and good examples to assigned company personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and attainment of schedule, cost and profit objectives while adhering to safety and quality requirements and company policies. My knowledge allows me the duty of managing the day-to-day operations at the construction site and functions as the company's chief site representative to the customer, local labor, subcontractors and vendors. . Some of the business process knowledge includes accounting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes. I have experience with projects ranging from $1 million to $13 million. I have delivered large projects on schedule/on budget and in alignment with the business strategy.
