Project Superintendent

In my 33 years in the industry I have worked in retail and office buildings including tenant build outs. For 10 years I worked in healthcare and institutions. I supervised standing work order for 8 years at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This entailed work in operating rooms, cath. labs, waiting rooms, sterilization facilities, helicopter lifts for HVAC units, complete wing renovations and many other hospital related jobs. I was chosen to be the field rep. on a construction management team at the Peterson Event Center for the University of Pittsburgh. In this role I took digital pictures, e-mailed them with a daily log sheet, attended and ran weekly meetings for a variety of jobs. These projects included a food court, University clothing store, Golden Panther Club and exterior landscaping. The Past six years I worked on numerous projects throughout the Southeast. These projects included CVS Drug stores, Wall-Mart super centers, High-rise tenant build out and Road Work. I am Wal-Mart Storm Water certified and 30 hr OSHA.
