Intelligence SME
I'm a retired (1979-1999) US Air Force Signals Intelligence or SIGINT (Electronic/Communications) Subject Matter Expert (SME) that has expanded my knowledge portfolio to multi-INT (GEO-INT, MASINT) as National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Field Representative for the past 11 years at the Air Force Command & Control (C2) and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) Center (AFC2ISRC) at Langley AFB (1999-2006) and at the Joint Warfare Analysis Center (JWAC) at Dahlgren, VA (2006-Apr 2010). I'm currently working as the NetCentric/Space Threat Analyst at the OSD/Director of Operational Testing & Evaluation (DOT&E) organization under the Test & Evaluation Threat Resource Activity (TETRA). I work very well independently with proven results. I'm a teamplayer that collaborates and shares information. I have an SCI clearance with with recent CI poly and special accesses.
