Insurance Claims adjuster/investigator

I am searching for a position in a major insurance company that can maximize my 20 plus years of experience in Damage appraisal, as an Insurance pro shop coordinator, a catastrophe team member, property claims and Auto Body shop manager and owner. My accumulated experiences are key to insuring best business practices in our industry. While at Allstate, I was trained in estimating damage to autos, motor homes, boats, big rigs and heavy equipment. I also worked with the Catastrophe Team at Allstate to settle claims in California for the Loma Prieta earthquake and the Oakland Hills firestorm and in Louisiana for the victims of Hurricane Andrew. I was an interim instructor for Allstate and trained new employees at Allstate Insurance Tech Cor at their National Headquarters in Palatine, Illinois. I possess diverse technical (insurance/body shop) and supervisory skills. I am a motivated, personable business professional with excellent communication skills and always provide a high level of customer service throughout the claims process. I thrive in deadline driven environments and work well under pressure while being flexible and versatile. I have worked with the Bureau of Automotive Repair as an advisor and the Department of Insurance in panel discussions on the industry practices.
