To work with a company that promotes Integrity in the work place. I enjoy working through problems with Owners, developers, Architects, engineers, Subcontractors, and Building officials. I always look for the best win-win scenario I can. Bring people to the table discuss the problems and negotiate the solutions so that all parties walk away feeling that their concerns have been heard and the best possible out come has been achieved. To me that is a great day. I have the heart of a teacher and I am a feel I am a student rather than a victim in life's circumstances. I try to understand peoples perspective so I can find a better out come from the conflict. I find there are gaps in understanding, most people are more concerned in their own position so they don't listen to realize the real problems they are facing.
