Over 20 years in the customer service and account management field. I worked in the financial dept for 7 years giving me incite into the customer invoicing and receivable process, and which included account setup and maintenance, accounts receivable and account reconciliation. My experience includes public retail, as well as, working within professional fields. I have initiated many procedures, which saved my employers time and money, and ensured faster more accurate customer order fulfillment and cash application. My strong people skills have led to many letters of acknowledgement from my customers. I am a fast learner and have been exposed to many CRM and financial programs. Although I do not hold a college degree, I have many years of experience, including owning my own business. I have worked with Engineers, Architects, Building Product Manufacturers and Contractors.
