 13 + Years Gulf experience in Designing and Drafting of Office Furniture, Office Interiors Solutions, Storage Solutions, Demountable Mezzanine Structure (Shelving, Racking & Mobile Shelving System) Architectural, Civil and Electro-Mechanical (Lighting, Small Power, HV/LV, A/C, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Telephone, Data, BMS, Plumbing & Drainage) Drawings.  Provide detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and respective principals design software (Dataone, CAP Studio, Advanced Order Configuration etc.) as per the information and specifications provided by the concerned sales person and using correct product line and making it most economical, within the Storage & Furniture manufacturers design parameters.  Prepare photographic presentations and finishes charts for storage products as well as furniture products for better understanding about the products range.  Provide costing for Storage and Furniture products independently by accompanying sales person during customer meetings as well as receiving inputs provided by the sales person, Studying scope of works, preparing costing sheet using the costing programs provided by the respective principals.  Prepare data sheets complete with dimensions, finishes, details regarding the products and as per the instruction of respective principals to place the order to different factories of Furniture and Storage Products.  Liaison with local & foreign vendors in terms of technical queries, product updates and updating the existing systems / software with latest revisions.  Provide value engineering by offering alternative options as much as possible  Foresee consequences of the design related issues, ability to investigate the eventualities of a proposed projects/scope of different areas within a project.  Maintain co-ordination with principals regarding product updates etc and maintain a database on product updates and inform all concerned staff accordingly.  Control literature requirement, Target Maintain the overall literature stock level review monthly and reorder whenever required.
