I would like to take this opportunity to give you a better perspective of my past work history. I have been in the finance industry and management for the past fifteen years. I have worked from the collection end of finance to the lending industry for personal loans than into mortgage origination, Processing and underwriting. I have a strong background in working with large corporations and have learned to become I team player through out my career. I have a strong managerial experience dating back to a call center for collections and property management, where I ran a private community of over 400 residences. I than was asked to do a start up company for a large real-estate firm taken on the challenge of creating a mortgage company for over 75 realtors. I found myself solicited by several mortgage banks and by an offer; I could not refuse, moved on to working for the number one mortgage bank in the nation. While working for this company, I became one of five of the top Home Loan Consultants for a region spanning from New Jersey, Philadelphia and all of Northeastern Pa. Recently I expanded my horizons once again, and took on opening my own business and becoming one of the most respected mortgage brokerage companies in all of Monroe County of Pennsylvania. As well as working with government at that state level in discussing the future of Mortgage Bankers/Brokers and lending practices. I have developed a real passion for understanding consumer’s needs and a broader sense of respect from my clients. I have grown my business from working with Realtors, Attorneys, title companies, builders and even the polish community as well as past customer referrals. I work incredibly well under pressure and I feel over seeing people are one of my best abilities. I am a self motivator and I believe I demonstrate this through my past work history as well as opening my own company.
