Mortgage Broker, Credit Analyst, Indirect Loan Manager

I want to find a position where I can help build solid business relationships and originate firm collectable assets through credit analysis, underwriting, and income analysis skills. I have had 20 years experience in credit analysis, risk evaluation, income tax return analysis and had underwriting authority of up to $75,000 in the automobile indirect lending arena. Under direct scrutiny and review by senior and executive management, my loans analysis, loan approvals and loan performance was found to be the best among my peers year after year. I want to find an opportunity that will allow me to excel and grow with an atmosphere that supports proactive and independent thinking in credit analysis and risk assumption to build stable income streams that are dependable and will stand up to scrutiny. I am a drug free husband and father of 4 who desires an opportunity to prove what a dynamic factor I can be in the right organization.
