I enjoy leading a group of people in a way that they enjoy coming to work each day. To train them to be the best that they can, and be proud of themselves and who they represent. I like to have high contact with Internal and External customers. I enjoy solving problems that may arise in a way that all involved feel that they received special attention and proper resolution of the issue.
