Instructional Coordinator

I am looking for a position where I can put my talents and knowledge to work. Having worked as a service manager and as Ricoh's NYC Technology Portal Manager I have a very firm grasp on what end clients want and need in a print solution package . Couple this knowledge with my detailed understanding of how the equipment and softwares work, to accomplish what the client needs, you get an individual that truly understands a client's needs. To now fill in the missing piece of sales, as a service manager I worked as pre-sales technical and sales support. I also have written and conducted sales training courses for sales representatives at Ricoh. Having performed these duties I have a unique understanding of what a sales rep. needs to perform their job efficiently. When you combine all of this together you have, in me, someone that knows the industry extremely well and can function efficiently in a variety of different position.
