• Perform incoming parts and raw materials mechanical, physical and visual inspection as per Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements. Perform internal audits as assigned. • Measure parts submitted to inspection using scales, micrometers, calipers, indicators optical comparators. • Read and interpret specifications and blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances. • Knowledge and ability in dimensional inspection and QC documentation • Initiate Non-Conformance reports (Material Rejection Notices) as required • Assist others with measurements if required during fabrication of parts. • Evaluate returned product (RGA) from customer to verify identity and quantity to disposition and salvage, to coordinate corrective Actions, and to report results related to Customer Returns
