Personal Trainer-From a start in a small leased industrial garage space five years ago, Iszler and FitPro have grown repeatedly.”Three months ago we expanded to 3,000 square feet and bought additional top end equipment,” said Iszler. “Rancho Cucamonga is an excellent place to start a business, nice community, and really nice people. The City is continually growing and there’s a lot of wealth in the area. I keep reinvesting in Rancho because Rancho invests in me by keeping me busy.”
Iszler says his goal is to create region’s premier personal fitness center. “We provide personal training on a luxury basis at a very reasonable price, “he summarizes. “I look at Rancho Cucamonga as the Beverly Hills of the Inland Empire, and we aim to provide Beverly Hills service.” Iszler is young, energetic, and knowledgeable. He Began his career in a physical therapist unit within the medical profession, but jokes that his main degree is a Ph.D.-”I’m poor, hungry, and driven.”
Behind FitPro’s glass doors are a set of three spacious, interlocking workout areas with sleek gray and white walls and a low impact gym-style floot tiles that rebound from one’s step. The gym is dotted with top-end workout equipment, including a whole body vibration exercise machine, a prized rarity even at Beverly Hills gyms.
Mark Iszler’s philosophy is that the exercise regimen should be customized for each client, and that health, fit body is directly linked to mental well-being. “A good fitness coach is also a life style coach,” he says. “Being in shape and having a happy life are directly connected. If you feel good and look good, you come home and you’re happy to see the kids. You have energy. You run up the stairs. You eat better you sleep better, and with all of that comes confidence. In the end, the heart of my job is to inspire people.”
To meet these goals, FitPro offers an extensive list of services: Core strengthening, back strengthening, toning, flexibility and balance, nutritional and vitamin counseling, and hour-long one-on-one sessions. Program types include sports enhancement training and conditioning, weight loss, fitness training, endurance training, bodybuilding, cardiovascular training and conditioning, and injury prevention
