I have the experience and education you are seeking and would welcome the opportunity to work for your company. Most recent accomplishment, Morenci Mining Project, Oil & Gas Projects (Suncor, BP, Shell, Others) - I worked closely with Lead Designers, other disciplines, engineers, and field personal. Along with these duties I also lead other draftsman and would give direction and assign out projects as they were given to me. Cell Site Layout and design, facility upgrades for DOD Projects, Semi-Conductor, Commercial and Industrial. My experiences vary from doing Plan Reviews - for Code Compliance, On Site Inspections working closely with field personal. I am proficient in AutoCAD 2104 and below, Micro station V8, CADWORX, Navis Simulate, Bentley Project Wise and other CAD or project related software. There is not program I am not willing to learn or use to get the job out. I can design a structure from the ground up, foundation stem walls, floor plans, wood structure based on construction type, electrical, mechanical as well site drawings.. Based upon clients desire I can do shell design as well as interior design when working closely with the client. I have worked on structures both from the field level and into the office meeting with Lead Designers, Architects, Engineers, Building Officials, Fire Marshals and have worked with Federal Agencies such as HCHA the Health Care Financial Administration as they mandate all applicable rules and regulations for Healthcare Facilities. I have reviewed construction documents for 7 years and applied all applicable building codes for design. API, NFPA, UBC, ICBO, NEC, Life Safety and ADA Compliance as well. I am very familiar with local and state issues when it comes to plan approval and negotiating a quick response back to get the project going. I have well over 20 years of construction experience from the field to the office doing plane reviews, estimating, general office, management meeting with subcontractors etc., With 18 years of drafting experience and have worked for some of the top A/E Firms direct and contract. 10 years as an electronics technician (military).
