I would excel at reviewing and forensically underwriting mortgage and real estate fraud cases for attorneys in preparing for trial. I can work as an employee or on contract. If a bank or mortgage banker have "bad" unsaleable loans in their warehouse line, i can resolve issues by communicating with the attorneys, title companies, buyers, sellers, Realtors and mortgage brokers. Having a clean warehouse line helps the lender increase their credit line. It will also pin-point who is creating the majority of bad loans so you can set up underwriting training to prevent future bad loans. If I need to prepare a file for attorneys to review to see if they need to go to court and collect for damages, I can prepare and research the information for them.
