General Superintendent / Project Manager Owner / Operater of Concrete Construction Company for the past 10 years

I am interested in position with a company as a Project Manager or General Superintendant. I have been operating my own concrete business, Ferraro Concrete Corp., for the past 10 years. I started up the company in 2001. I am a hands-on owner that has been directly involved in all aspects of my business. I have taken sole responsibility for generating all sales and negotiating contracts. I perform all estimating and purchasing of materials. I oversee all job sites and crews. I dispatch crews on a daily basis and manage daily job activities. I oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable. My company has excelled over the past ten years. I grew the company from ground up and established an extensive referral base and a strong reputation. In 2007, my company was operating at its peak with sales reaching to in excess of $500K and 30 employees.
