Obtain a Quality Control Supervisor Position or Sanitation Supervisor within the food manufacturing that would enable me to contribute to an organization by Sharing my professional experience and knowledge. EXPERIENCE September 2002- Present, G&G foods, Santa Rosa, CA Quality Assurance Supervisor . Daily Review HACCP paper work an finished good audit for lab technician teams and production line leads, Shelf life samples for R&D test batches and first production run. . Provide training for Production crews, lab technicians and new hires to improve quality, food safety and GMP’s for G&G products. . Coordinate and develop new procedures for R& D new products by tracking all ingredients to create a new HACCP plan and Micro analyses . . Enforce and monitor daily production preparation and packaging to follow a good GMP practices during downtime, multiple changeover and daily batching. . Update and Create new manual for Quality Assurance and production line for all existing and new products to maintain a strong GMP and safety culture assuring high performance at audits. Quarterly set up a training session with all departments for any Recall products. . Coordinate with planning, receiving, purchasing, shipping and production for all daily and monthly micros testing results; such as raw materials and finished goods for daily production schedule. . Review all Finished Goods and Raw Materials micros testing before releases. Isolate all red hold items and create a specific log for all red hold items; weekly review all red hold items for releases or COD’s, yearly review all Micros testing results from daily testing to Monthly audit. . Daily set up environmental swabs for all machineries, drains and new equipments to ensure a safe clean environment for G&G products; any concern about the results I discuss with sanitation Supervisor. . Weekly report to USDA inspector; reviews USDA swabs, Micros analyses, pre shipment review and HACCP plan. . Daily scheduling lab technician teams to cover all shift to reduce overtime cost… Sanitation Manager: .Create a new SSOP for new equipments, yearly review and update all SSOP programs, Chemicals concentrations, MSDS, Master Sanitation program and Bioluminescence program . Monthly Coordinate and develop training for sanitation crews and new hires for safety, chemicals concentration and handling. . Visually inspect all equipments for next day Prep Up, follow up with bioluminescence program and daily monitor master sanitation procedures. .Daily meeting with QC Manager and plan Manager to discuss; daily Prep UP inspection, new procedures, environmental swabs, special cleaning .Research and contact other company for chemicals and maintain laboratory chemical and physical inventory for sanitation teams, and all production utensils .participate and collect all sanitation procedures and program for audits.
