Call Center Customer Service Representative/Support Service-5. 5 years-Geezer.com-NTI
I am looking for another callcenter position that is part time. I grew up with SBC/AT&T. (Thanks for nearly three successful years of good quality service from Century Tel). I am hopeful for the type of success I found in my most previous job with NTI/Boston where about 150 of us worked on a retail and grocery contract in a NE USA 5-state region. It is a family-owned corporation and I was just thrilled every day to get on the phones. I worked at home and I thrived. I spent 2 yrs and 8 months with them. In Dec.2009 I nearly lost my mother to a stroke, got very sick myself, and they made me get off the phones. I think it is time I found another position. I am looking to Century Tel. I like your people.
