  • •Responsible for A/C Floor support on 560/XLS/CX Final Assembly, this includes Manpower Forecasts, Budgets, Capital Requirements and CAR creations. This included moving entire 560 lines from W7-2 to W7-1 in last 2 months. This was all done by use of Master Microsoft Project schedule. Coordination with internal customers and outside vendors on work to be done. Prior to that, spent 2 years supporting Detail Tooling and Jig Shop Tooling as I.E.

  • •Quality Supervisor for responsible for forming and creating configuration management group. Formed team consisting of existing 5 personnel grown to 12. Responsibilities include Conformities, Quality corrective action board, Serialization and Quality Records and Control. Created Condition of Supply documents for Suppliers. Focal for supporting Engineering definition of new product line for 40 model. Delivered first a/c 7 weeks ahead of schedule.
