- •Responsible for A/C Floor support on 560/XLS/CX Final Assembly, this includes Manpower Forecasts, Budgets, Capital Requirements and CAR creations. This included moving entire 560 lines from W7-2 to W7-1 in last 2 months. This was all done by use of Master Microsoft Project schedule. Coordination with internal customers and outside vendors on work to be done. Prior to that, spent 2 years supporting Detail Tooling and Jig Shop Tooling as I.E.

- •Quality Supervisor for responsible for forming and creating configuration management group. Formed team consisting of existing 5 personnel grown to 12. Responsibilities include Conformities, Quality corrective action board, Serialization and Quality Records and Control. This also included sitting with customer during deliveries and reviewing A/C paperwork with them. Maintaining budget & governance for all of Quality.
Part of development Team for new Learjet 85 advance design.
Also was a Train the Trainer on Process Base Leadership (PBL) courses for one year, trained 8 classes on PBL.
AND Methods Manager for Program Development and Start up. First article schedule, Manufacturing Plan, Manning requirements and Facility layout requirements created. Created Condition of Supply documents for Suppliers. Focal for supporting Engineering definition of new product line for 40 model. Delivered first a/c 7 weeks ahead of schedule.
