Machinist with 24 years experience beginning on gear hobs in 1984, then to turret lathes, large VTL's,then on to NC VMC's in 1995. CNC lathes, then back to manuals,Horizontal Boring Mills. Followed by CNC Gantry Mill. In 1999,I obtained a certificate for Fundamentals of CNC Programming from T.C.J.C (10 hrs. non-credit).Since then,I have Setup, Programmed, and Operated various CNC and manual Lathes, Horizontal and Vertical 4 and 5 Axis mills,and "all that that entails",including interpreting blueprints,use of precision measuring hand tools and CMM's,and charting SPC to maintain tolerances,necessary to produce machined parts for industries including oilfield, aerospace,power transmission, transportation, and defense. Able to Set- Up, edit, program, operate, various Manual and CNC lathes . mills . machining centers,etc. Familiar with G-Code. Have tools.
