I worked for DSC being a building maintenance worker for 1 year. Learned a lot from it, at the end of 06 served a lds mission. after coming back worked at the cracker barrell for three months as a host/ cashier.
I mainly look for managers that are easy to work with and are patient with new guys. Cracker barell was not too good with it with some of their managers. I love working with hands on stuff from painting, fixing doors, shelves, chalk boards, and just doing new things with the job. A mission has definitely helped me to talk to people more effectively. i love talking to people and making them feel happy and comfortable.
