SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Forty plus years of extensive and varied experience in manufacturing, quality control and inspection of process equipment for the petrochemical and energy industries, including site construction of refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, power plants, pipelines, tubular goods, wellhead equipment, compressor stations, Sub Sea Equip. drilling rigs and offshore platforms. This experience includes quality assurance of vendor surveillance of manufactured equipment for the petrochemical and energy industries, such as tray columns, clad vessels, heat exchangers, valves, pipe spools, structural steel and various types of drums, tanks and vessels that are constructed of various types of alloy and carbon steel materials utilizing the following codes of construction: ASME VIII (1-2), IX, II (A-D) and V AWS D1.1 NACE and ANSI B31.1, B31.3. Additionally, responsible for documentation compliance with custom requirements, reviewing welding procedures, preparing welding procedures in compliance with job requirements, and auditing of sub-vendors for compliance with contracts and codes. Extensive experience of equipment being Coated with various types of coatings, welding with Inconel and Inconel overlay pipe, monitoring welding of the same. Extensive experience with the Manufacturing of Sub Sea equipment, Hyper baric testing of Sub Sea Modules.
