Box 334 Mossville, IL 61552 I am looking for a facilities/operations manager/director position to utilize my skills and knowledge to improve this employer’s facility and its operations. I have a dynamic personality that enjoys new challenges and working with people to achieve a common goal. My most recent position at the Illinois Medical Center as the Building superintendent was most rewarding. As the Superintendent I hired and worked with contractors to complete a one hundred and twenty five thousand square foot building that had five acres of landscaped grounds. As the Superintendent I was able to bring the building from construction to an operational status and pass all applicable State and Federal Department of Health codes in an efficient manner and in the months that followed was able to cut the utility bills from twenty five thousand per month outgo to less than ten thousand dollars. This was accomplished with no operational budget and maintained the building in this manner smoothly. I currently hold part time employment with a cleaning service/agency cleaning local area buildings.
