Given my recent chaotic working history, or lack thereof, I'd have to put gainful employment with reasonable security to be paramount. To have an employer which has the ability and desire to recognize the contributions of the team players and make an honest effort to communicate their findings to their employees. In a perfect world, I'd be able to continue "working with the tools" because of the satisfaction derived from the construction and construction maintenance work, but I know I have skills, knowledge, and aptitude to succeed in any number of professions. In a that sense, I guess I need my new employer to be willing to take a chance that a man can be retrained into a new profession and be successful.
