Sr. Architectural Drafter / Designer

Attn: Personal Dept Dear Hiring Manager: I was interested to see your job posting for a Drafter’s Position and would like to learn more about this opportunity. I am a Sr. Autocad Drafter with extensive experience in Autocad. I have a total of 15 years of experience in the fields of Architectural, Structural and Mechanical. I am currently in search of a full time / permanent job in the architectural drafting / design field. Over the past three years I have been consulting with many different companies, working on many different projects from my home office. Some of the projects that I have worked on include multi-story hotel buildings, condominiums, single family homes, and apartment complexes. With this being said you will see that no project is too large nor to small. Some of the services in which I offer include existing condition documentation, preliminary proposal layout drawings, and even possibly putting blueprints that you may already have into the computer. On my personal computer at home I am running both AutoCAD 2009 and Architectural Desktop. I am very proficient using both of these software packages since I use them both on a day to day basis. I have been working for the same engineering firm for the past 5 years. I am very familiar with ADA guidelines and regulations since I also use those on a day to day basis as well.
