Highlights:
Successfully created operational aspects of the business for start-ups, Retix, Conextant, Be Here, MicroPower, expanded Matese from 3 million a year to 18 million a year in manufacturing growth by delivering on time, rapid build process, using Lean manufacturing, design for manufacturability, team techniques that involved the whole supply chain.
