Responsible for detailed implementation planning to incorporate new strategies into the Electronic Commerce program for our EDI customers and vendors across six business units within the corporation. • Managed the scheduling and implementation of EDI customers for various EDI transaction sets. • Established and managed the processes to monitor over 40,000 monthly edi transactions of production and test activities for the Electronic Commerce Group. Analyze and resolve problems as they arise. • Analyze business applications and requirements for Electronic Commerce integration within the different business units. Conduct interviews with external customers (ie: Home Depot, Lowe's, Dow Chemical etc) as well as internal customers to assess existing processes and procedures and to identify requirements. • Establish policies and procedures as it relates to Electronic Commerce. Manage the data synchronization process across the supply chain. • Awarded “Supplier of the Year” for several years by Home Depot and Lowe's Corporation with the implementation of the Electronic Commerce process.
