Billing/Coding Specialist
I want to get into a coding position when the chart starts with me and coding CPT, ICD-9, or E/M codes whatever is needed and bill from beginning to end. I found that I have a passion for this kind of work and during my externship found that I actually love my job and proud to say so. I also know that a career such as this requires life-long learning and I enjoy going to school and meetings which update you on new technologies regarding medical coding. I want to get certified - CCS, CPC, RHIA and any other that I learn that will help my career advancement.
