Banquet Captain - Worked very closely with Angel Espada. -Manage set up and break down of daily events. -Pull apart B.E.O.s, indentifying what is needed for the event at hand. -Listing tasks that need to be done for the days events and assigning a server to get them done. -Arrange the buffet with the necessary set and add themed décor. -I am also Tips trained. 2. Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center (Feb. ’07 – Oct. ’08) A. Banquet Server -Always requested to serve TBPAC’s VIPs. -Very friendly and entergetic personality. -Can comfortably carry ten entrées and handle large sections. 3. Quiznos (July ’05 – Feb. ’07) A. Shift Lead -Manage employees on the clock during the shift I I was working. -Ensure daily cleaning duties were done. -Check dates on product daily.
